It's totally soft but difficult to knit, because it consists of 6 very thin plies not twisted. First I swatched with 3mm Needles (for about 25 stitches and 34 rows in 10cm x 10cm). Then I decided to start the hem with 2mm with no further swatching and not taking into account that there was a dramatical difference (i.e. 30 stitches to 40 rows). So I raveled up one nights work yesterday and started again. It feels like knitting... When we met again this evening she showed a bag she bought in "American Apparel Vintage Store" in Cologne. And we discussed about naming tricks. No, I realized that solid colours or only slightly mixed coloured yarns are more friendly for my eyes and even better for the purpose of pattern. So enjoy your time whereever you are.
